Ingredients
  1. 1 and a half cups milk
  2. Butter- 2 tbsp
  3. Whole wheat flour/all purpose flour - 1 cup
  4. salt and pepper to taste
  5. pasta of your choice
  6. cheese
  7. olives and mint for extra flavour (optional)
Instructions
  1. Boil the pasta and keep it aside.
  2. Put the flour and butter in a pan and sautee for a minute or so.
  3. Slowly, add milk and stir continuously until you get a smooth consistency.
  4. Mix the prepared pasta in the pan and cook for 2-5 minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste for subtle flavour.
  6. Mix in cheese and add mint leaves and olives for garnish and extra flavouring.
