I recently lived in Rajasthan, India for a month (a whole month!). It was a long holiday. I really enjoyed exploring the place – a desert with so much life. One of the best things about living in a place is eating fresh food with the infusion of culture. The market place in Rajasthan is teeming with fresh and very natural (no artificial and chemical stuff) food products. On a sunny morning, I spotted some of the groceries and took a few snaps.
Greens. Reds. Oranges. All the ingredients to make some delicious and wholesome food. With spices and a lot of heart. That’s what cooking in Rajasthan is all about. Freshly picked produce, natural and free.
